B&L Road Equipment Service Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of Services:
B&L agrees to provide road equipment maintenance and repair services to the Client as outlined in the service agreement.

2. Service Charges and Payments:
 The Client agrees to pay B&L for services rendered as specified in the service agreement.
 Payment terms, late fees, and accepted payment methods should be clearly defined.
 B&L reserves the right to adjust service charges with prior notice.

3. Service Schedule: 3.1B&L will make reasonable efforts to adhere to the agreed-upon service schedule.
 Delays due to unforeseen circumstances will be communicated promptly.
